Shipping Information
Orders will be shipped within approximately 1–3 business days after the order is placed (excluding the day of order and public holidays).
Delivery time is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Orders are expected to arrive within 5 business days after shipment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak seasons, holidays, or due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), delivery may be delayed.
